Triple robot dynamic constants

Mauricio Diaz requested to merge threeRobotDynamicConstants into main

The three robots now have their own constants that is chosen based on the team number that is currently deployed to. Some constants, mainly competition robot, are temporary. The default in the switch case statements refer to the comp robot.
