SysID at the subsystem level

Michael Ray requested to merge valkyrie-sysid into main

Button on the dashboard called Run SysId that when turned on, runs a full SysID test with both dynamic and quasistatic, forward and backward.

Test procedure:

  1. Setup robot with a large amount of space facing forward
  2. Enable robot in teleop
  3. Toggle ON the Run SysId button
  4. Wait for test to complete (forward and backwards twice)
  5. Toggle OFF the Run SysId button
  6. Save the .wpilog that was created
